Sofia Majkanovic

I am currently studying IGP piano at the University Mozarteum Salzburg and teach piano at the Landesmusikschule St. Johann am Walde. In addition to my studies and my teaching activities, I have been supervising the children's and youth courses of the Austrian Master Classes in the summer months since 2023, where I was also able to gain my first experience in this field. 

It is very exciting to get to know so many different characters every year and to be able to work and spend time with children and young people of different age groups. Due to their often wide-ranging interests, it is particularly important to me to pick up on all of these and thus create a varied, exciting and fun course for the participants! In addition to the leisure activities, we are always there for the children and young people if they have any questions or concerns.

I'm looking forward to seeing lots of new and old faces again this year and to wonderful weeks filled with lots of music and fun!
